This package provides an all-encompassing, team-based approach to care, bringing together medical, nutrition, movement, and behavioural support in a coordinated way.
What’s included
30 minutes with a GP or endocrinologist
1 hour with a dietitian
1 hour with an exercise physiologist
1 hour with a counsellor
Your care team will work collaboratively to create a personalised plan that supports your physical health, nutrition, movement, and mindset.
How booking works
Payment is made in full at the time of purchase.
After purchase, our reception team will contact you to book your first appointment.
Remaining appointments can be booked later, either during your first consult or with reception if you prefer.
Appointments do not need to occur in a fixed order.
You will receive a confirmation email after purchase outlining practitioner availability windows (days only) to help you plan ahead.
Medicare rebates apply to eligible appointments as usual.
