You don’t need a referral to see most of our team, and you’re welcome to book directly.

However, a referral is required if you wish to access Medicare rebates for eligible allied health services such as dietetics, exercise physiology, diabetes education, or counselling where applicable. Yes, we do. If you’ve been referred under a GP Management Plan, Medicare rebates may be available for eligible allied health services.

Does private health insurance cover your services?

Some of our services are covered under private health extras. We recommend checking with your provider to see what rebates may apply.

What are the fees for consultations?

Fees vary depending on the practitioner and the type of service you book. You’ll find fee information during the online booking process, or by visiting each team member’s profile on our Meet the Team page. Package pricing is also listed on individual profiles where available. For full details regarding billing, rebates and cancellation policies, please see our Fees & Payments page.
