• After purchase, our reception team will contact you to book your first appointment.

• Remaining appointments can be booked later, either during your consult or with reception.

Package Terms​

Our care packages are designed to provide structured, coordinated support over a defined period of care.

Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This timeframe ensures continuity and clinical relevance of your treatment plan.

Packages are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered at the discretion of Lifestyle Metabolic.

Where applicable, individual consultations within a package may attract Medicare rebates if you are eligible. Medicare rebates can only be processed after each consultation has occurred, in accordance with Medicare requirements.
