Three Generations
Menopause Clinic

Coordinated, evidence-based care through a multidisciplinary team

Menopause is a complex life stage that often affects physical health, mental wellbeing, metabolism, and quality of life all at once. Symptoms can be varied, change over time, and feel difficult to manage through isolated appointments alone.

Lifestyle Metabolic’s Menopause Clinic is designed to bring the right clinicians together, at the same time, to provide coordinated, personalised care in a structured and supportive setting.

This monthly clinic offers access to a GP, endocrinologist, dietitian, and exercise physiologist, working as a team to help you understand your symptoms, optimise your treatment, and develop a practical plan that fits your life.

What we offer

The Menopause Clinic is a dedicated multidisciplinary session, run once per month, with a small number of patients to ensure focused and individualised care.

Each clinic:

  • Runs for approximately two hours

  • Starts at 9:00 am

  • Is limited to a maximum of four patients

  • Includes individual consultations with all clinicians involved

This model allows your care to be discussed collaboratively, reducing repetition, improving communication between clinicians, and supporting more cohesive decision-making.

How the clinic works

On the day of the clinic, you will rotate through individual consultations with:

  • GP with a specific interest

  • Endocrinologist (if needed)

  • Dietitian

  • Exercise Physiologist / Physiotherapist

Each clinician focuses on their area of expertise while working within a shared care framework. Information is communicated across the team so your care is aligned and consistent.

The order in which you see clinicians may vary on the day. All clinicians work together and have access to shared information, meaning the sequence of appointments does not affect the quality or outcomes of your care.

In addition to your clinic appointments, you will also have access to a healthcare coach, who supports the process by:

  • Collecting relevant information prior to the clinic

  • Helping coordinate care and follow-up after the clinic

  • Acting as a point of contact to assist with recommended next steps

After the clinic

Menopause care often involves review and adjustment over time. After your Menopause Clinic appointment:

  • All patients will receive at least one follow-up check-ins from the healthcare coach

  • Review appointments may be recommended with selected clinicians

  • Short review consultations (e.g. 15 minutes) may be available in subsequent weeks or future clinics, depending on your care plan

Any recommended follow-up appointments, timing, and associated fees will be discussed with you after your initial clinic.

Fees and payment information

The total cost of the Menopause Clinic is $ 465 - 760 (depending on whether you need to see the specialist endocrinologist or not). If eligible for Medicare rebates, the estimated out-of-pocket cost is $256–$418. Actual fees may vary. Please contact reception for details.
