Menopause Clinic Booking Fee

Menopause Clinics are held once per month as a dedicated multidisciplinary session.

• Clinics start at 9:00 am and run for approximately two hours

• A maximum of four patients attend each clinic

• You will rotate through individual consultations with:

  • GP

  • Endocrinologist (if needed)

  • Dietitian

  • Exercise Physiologist

The order in which you see clinicians may vary on the day. All clinicians work together as a team and share information, meaning the sequence of appointments does not affect the quality or outcomes of your care.

You’ll also have access to a healthcare coach, who supports the clinic process by collecting information prior to the clinic, checking in after the clinic, and assisting with coordination of recommended follow-up care.

A $60 non-refundable admin fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the clinic.

The total cost of the Menopause Clinic is $465- $760, which includes consultations with all clinicians involved. 

Medicare and private health rebates may apply to individual components of your care, depending on your treatment plan and eligibility. Any rebates will be discussed with you during or after your clinic appointment.

Menopause care often involves ongoing review and adjustment over time.

After your clinic:

• Some patients may receive health-coach or support check-ins

• Review appointments may be recommended with selected clinicians

• Short review consults (e.g. 15 minutes) may be available in subsequent weeks or future clinics, depending on your care plan

Any recommended follow-up appointments and associated fees will be discussed with you after your initial clinic.
