This option allows you to secure your Multidisciplinary Care Package with a 50% deposit, while still accessing the same coordinated, team-based care.
What’s included
30 minutes with a GP or endocrinologist
1 hour with a dietitian
1 hour with an exercise physiologist
1 hour with a counsellor
Your care team will work collaboratively to create a personalised plan that supports your physical health, nutrition, movement, and mindset.
How booking works
A 50% deposit is paid at the time of purchase.
After purchase, our reception team will contact you to book your first appointment.
Following your first appointment, the remaining balance of the package will be settled.
Remaining appointments can then be booked at your pace, either during your consult or with reception.
Appointments do not need to occur in a fixed order.
You will receive a confirmation email after purchase outlining practitioner availability windows (days only) to help you plan ahead.
Medicare rebates apply to eligible appointments as usual.
