With qualifications in Psychology and Business, Drummond has held a range of Practitioner, Executive and Board advisory roles in the Professional Services, Allied Health and Technology sectors, with responsibility for service delivery, clinical governance and operations.

 

During his 20+ year career, this has included national leadership roles in corporate psychology, management consulting and recruitment services in the public and private sectors, facilitating service delivery excellence and team performance in a diverse range of environments.

 

Drummond’s passion is guiding people, teams and organisations through improvement and change, particularly where major personal or business growth is involved.  In addition to managing the practice, Drummond consults on organisational health and improvement to For-Purpose and Member-Based businesses with a wide range of stakeholder needs, as well as shareholder-owned businesses ranging in size from start-ups to ASX 200.
